The Jersey Flight Arena Football Team Proud to Represent the Capital City Region
TRENTON, NEW JERSEY, May 14, 2019 – Trenton’s own Jersey Flight arena football team moves to 2-0 in the division after a 56-12 win over the Burgh Defenders on May 11. The Cure Insurance Arena hosted the Jersey Flights’ RunJumpFlight℠ Youth Competition and Mother’s Day salute, followed by a strong showing of fans for the Jersey Flight home game opener that night.
They play the RoughRiders on May 18 in West Virginia with the division and the June 8th playoff game home field advantage on the line.
The team returns to the Cure Insurance Arena on Saturday, May 25 for the final home game of the regular season. Free parking at the arena for the Pork Roll festivals and football game that day. Doors open at 6:00pm; Kickoff at 7:00pm. Tickets available at www.jerseyflightfootball.com and Groupon.
Jay Sababu, Trenton native and New Flight Enterprises, LLC owner, which operates Jersey Flight football, sees the entire organization as an integral part of the capital city region community. The football players and First Class Flight Team (FCFT) dance and cheer members have already supported the YMCA’s Healthy Kids and the Cinco de Mayo events. They look forward to participating in other community programs.
